TattooSemi (“we”, “our”, “us”) is committed to providing authentic luxury timepieces and professional after-sales support. This Warranty Policy outlines the coverage, limitations, and procedures applicable to watches purchased from https://tattoosemi.com/.

1. TattooSemi Limited Warranty Overview

Unless otherwise stated, all watches sold by TattooSemi are covered by a TattooSemi One (1) Year Limited Warranty, subject to the terms and conditions described below.

This warranty applies exclusively to watches purchased directly through the TattooSemi website.

2. TattooSemi One-Year Sales Warranty

TattooSemi provides a limited sales warranty on every new watch sold on our website.

  • Coverage period: One (1) year from the original date of purchase (“Date of Purchase”)
  • Applies to manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship present at the time of sale
  • Warranty validity begins on the purchase date shown on the original invoice

This warranty does not replace or extend any manufacturer’s warranty that may accompany certain brand-new timepieces, unless explicitly stated.

3. TattooSemi One-Year Limited Service Warranty

If a warrantied issue arises as a direct result of service work performed by TattooSemi or parts supplied by our authorized technicians, TattooSemi will, at its sole discretion:

  • Repair the affected components, or
  • Replace defective parts, or
  • Correct any service-related workmanship issues

This One (1) Year Limited Service Warranty applies for one year following the completion date of the original TattooSemi service.

After a completed repair or service, the serviced watch will be covered under the TattooSemi service warranty starting from:

  • The documented date of in-person collection by the owner, or
  • The shipment date from TattooSemi’s service facility

4. Restrictions & Conditions — What Is Not Covered

The TattooSemi Limited Warranty does not cover the following:

  • Normal wear and tear
  • Damage to parts not serviced by TattooSemi
  • Basic battery replacement or routine quartz watch maintenance
  • Water damage caused by misuse or failure to follow water-resistance guidelines
  • Shock or impact damage
  • Abuse, negligence, or improper handling
  • Use exceeding the watch’s intended design limits
  • Consequential or incidental damages

Additionally:

  • Any service, repair, opening of the watch, or modification performed by a third party (other than strap or bracelet changes) will void the TattooSemi warranty, particularly on pre-owned watches
  • TattooSemi reserves the sole right to determine warranty eligibility for each claim submitted

5. How to Obtain Warranty Service

To initiate a warranty or service request, please:

  1. Contact your TattooSemi Client Advisor, or
  2. Submit a request via our Contact Form on the website

You may be required to provide:

  • Proof of purchase
  • Order number
  • Description of the issue
  • Photographs or videos (if applicable)

6. Service Turnaround Time

Watch service and repair timelines vary depending on:

  • Brand
  • Model
  • Nature of the service required

In most cases, warranty repairs are completed within two (2) to three (3) weeks. Once service is completed, a shipping confirmation and tracking number will be sent to the registered email address.

Please note that certain brands or complex repairs may require extended service times.
