All orders are shipped directly from Hong Kong, one of the world’s most established logistics hubs for luxury goods.
Order Processing Time
- Order Processing: 1–3 business days
- Orders are prepared, inspected, securely packaged, and dispatched after payment confirmation.
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Please note that processing time does not include shipping transit time.

- Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear after dispatch

Delivery Issues & Delays
If your shipment is delayed beyond the estimated timeframe:

- Contact us if your tracking has not updated for more than 7 business days
We will assist in investigating the shipment with the courier.
