Eligibility for Returns
Returns may be accepted only if all of the following conditions are met:
- The return request is submitted within 7 days of delivery
- The watch is unused, unworn, and unaltered
- All original packaging, accessories, manuals, tags, and protective seals are intact
- The watch shows no signs of wear, adjustment, or damage
- The serial number and condition match our original shipping records
Any return that does not meet these conditions may be refused.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Watches that have been worn, resized, or altered
- Custom or special-order watches
- Final sale or clearance items
- Watches returned without original packaging or documentation
- Watches damaged due to misuse, water exposure, shock, or improper handling
Return Authorization Process
All returns require prior approval.
To request a return:
- Contact us at support@tattoosemi.com within 7 days of delivery
- Provide your order number, reason for return, and clear photos of the item
- Await return authorization and shipping instructions
Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
Return Shipping
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to our error
- All returns must be shipped using a trackable and insured courier
- TattooSemi is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit
We strongly recommend full insurance coverage for returned luxury watches.
Inspection & Approval
Once received, all returned watches undergo a detailed inspection by our specialists.
- Inspection typically takes 3–5 business days
- If the return is approved, the refund process will begin
- If the return is rejected, the item will be returned to the customer at their expense
Refunds
- Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method
- Refund processing time: 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider
- Shipping fees, customs duties, and taxes are non-refundable
Exchanges
At this time, direct exchanges are not offered.
If you wish to purchase a different watch, please place a new order after your return is approved and refunded.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a watch that is:
- Damaged during shipping
- Incorrect or not as described
Please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and your order number.
We will assess the situation and provide an appropriate resolution.
Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
We encourage customers to contact us directly before initiating any chargebacks.
Unauthorized chargebacks may result in:

- Suspension of future purchases
- Additional verification requests
