To place an order, simply browse our collections, select your desired watch, choose any available options (e.g., bracelet size), and click “Add to Cart.” Follow the checkout prompts to complete your purchase securely.
You will receive an order confirmation via email once payment has been successfully processed.
If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us immediately at support@tattoosemi.com.
Orders cannot be modified once they are processed for shipping.
All orders ship from Hong Kong, using trusted international carriers.

Yes. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to be visible.
We also accept PayPal Credit Cards and bank wire transfer as additional payment options.
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery if the watch is unworn with original packing, accessories, and documentation.

Return shipping costs are not refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
Yes. Every eligible timepiece includes a TattooSemi One-Year Limited Warranty covering manufacturing defects and qualified services.

We operate under the margin scheme, so VAT is not charged or reclaimable on most luxury watches. Additional import duties may apply based on your country’s regulations.
We use high-resolution photography to display products accurately. However, due to screen settings and lighting, minor color variation may occur. This is normal and has no impact on authenticity or quality.
